Christie Comm doesn't have to do what they are told. If Christie Comm knows something that Corr doesn't know, it is in the best interest of both parties to correct or nix the PR. If Christie Comm notices a huge mistake, or glaring error why would they not report it back to Corr, for him to change or nix???

Think about it......if your client told you to release a PR, and you noticed a glaring error which would get your client in legal trouble....Would you not bring this to your client??You could also lose a customer by not telling a customer the error.....

And no, the customer is not always right. Alot of customers are stupid and ignorant, the business could be right, the customer could be right...depends on evidence and situation.
