BTW - what is "authorized capital"?

On January 19, 2015, we received written consent from our company’s board of directors to effect a reverse stock split of our issued and outstanding shares of common stock on a basis of 20 old shares of common stock for one (1) new share of common stock. Stockholders of our company originally approved the reverse stock split on October 14, 2014 at a special meeting. Our authorized capital will not be affected by the reverse stock split.
