I just received clarification from NTEK IR on HVEL Share DIVY and it is different than what everyone had assumed... In my case I own 1.5M shares NTEK and 120,000 of the old shell HVEL (prior to the Divy)

1,500,000 of 725,000,000 shares of NTEK is 0.00206896551 of NTEK (yes she carried it out to the 11th decimal !!

3,500,000 O/SHVEL = 7,241 of added HVEL shares,

SO THEY ARE USING THE 3.5m O/S AND NOT THE 45M A/S TO DETERMINE THE DIVY.

Not complaining as my old HVEL shares now have far more value.

This is by far the very best penny stock I have ever been involved in.

The SH letter was amazing. Congratulations to all longs the shorts will be deep fried.
