If they already had 5HH, this stock would be over $1 by now and not a penny stock. It is currently trading at .0004 because they don't have it yet. So now is the time to load up before it is developed and selling. This is how you get rich off penny stocks, buy while no one want it and sell when everyone else wish they had it. I can't afford a million shares at $1, but I sure can at $.0004 and it looks like the 4's are leaving soon.
