We seem to be left in the dark so much of the time, that even little tidbits are sometimes welcome... To SOME of US..!!

There has been much discussion in regards to APPLE being Licensed
or NOT.. The subject was settled by some and some were not convinced.

This link seems to show that they DID buy a License..

Since they are taking steps to prevent any possibility of that
deal being challenged.. IMO...

...,( Notice the DATE that this LICENSE was granted/Purchased)....

In addition in reading Apples information, one would wonder why Patriot would NOT be filing with the Court as a Party in interest.. To plead our case..And protect OUR interest..

After all... We 'DO', have an ATTORNEY on our BoD..
