COMMONS CONTROL THE VOTE! I agree with Toons39 to a certain degree. But I have to question that if our vote didn't matter, than why wouldn't management have stuck to the orginal proposal for the increase to 600 million share and the reverse split of 1:100. So i have to disagree, I do believe that the commons have the votes needed to control the outcome. I think management was trying to be to slick with the initial proposal and now are trying to muster support with the commons. My main question for management is what will 1 preferred share equal to a common share? I'm not trying to give away control unless it is well articulated.
