Ok....if andalay holds 7 patents and more pending....that's 7 patents of key components for the reduction of labor costs...if other solar companies want to use say component x, y, and z with their panels ...thats payment 1,2 and 3 with the licensing fees.....this is an example....now that will run up companies costs for product which in turn may lead to them using the entire product from andalay because it would be cheaper, instead of them doing it themselves and paying (x) amount of licensing fees.
