If MM's or investment groups want this to run, it will run. From out of nowhere. You have a company like BLTA Baltia Airlines that has been at the diluting/rinse game for 29 years claiming its going to be the next Major airline in the US. It has not made/sold/shown a single $1 in income in those 29 years. Nothing but debt. Where is the PPS you ask .017-.02. This is where this stock trades daily. Forever. 0 revs. 0.
