Insider Trading?

Does anyone have any info/knowledge

showing that insider trading is at

the core of the all day 500 share

trades?

Or....were these trades the result of

a brokerage house unloading shares in a

manner not to cause a big drop in the share price.

Is there still a brokerage house that took Allana

public at $0.10 a share that is unloading shares

(at a profit).
