It is 10+ times more than actual price.
For reachning that level there must be a significant announcement as financing agreement with private/banking/public partners or large sales contract signature ... But in that case there is no reason to limit your goal to 15 or 20 cts. This was de level in December 2012 .... since then nothing happened.
My goal is 1+ USD, but obviously something great needs to happen for reaching that level. GLTA.
