not assured . . . i think it went the other way . . . mac wanted to resign after the CA was settled, and he offered the reigns to charter . . . charter figured he gets his spit test tech and control over the ticker . . .

devil's advocate . . . why not give it to WG? . . . do you think WG passed? . . . WG balked on paying up on the 200k . . . so mac called charter . . .
