whoever's using BMAK can't have that many shares unless it's the company diluting, and why dilute at these levels when the PPS moves so easily? my guess is that it's someone that slowly loaded a few million shares under .013 that is happy to dish out shares between .016-.025 (and higher obviously) depending on how the bid is stacked. lots of shares are still averaged between .04-.20 - one of my accounts still has shares purchased at .185
