So a CEO and/or others travel to the other side of the world, measures everything up--and has questions to ask and answers to give, while having the limited time of his travel itinerary to do a deal or not to do it.

Documents with the local authorities are required--as are addresses, etc.. The address given in any such situation is a hotel--for local and immediate contact to inquire with questions to accomplish the task.

Or would you suppose that the investor should buy a home first?
