(February 05, 2015, 8:49 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Thursday gave the green light for women's clothier The Wet Seal Inc. to take on a $25 million debtor-in-possession loan from B. Riley Financial Inc. and enter a related agreement outlining a proposed restructuring plan.

At a hearing in Wilmington, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher S. Sontchi blessed Wet Seal's $25 million DIP on a final basis and signed off on the related plan sponsorship agreement with B. Riley.
