You really going to line up behind a subjective, guaranteed-slanted survey as having greater significance than an objective one?

Sure is a good thing you've got such a strong background in statistics. Next thing we know, you'll be telling us we should survey diehard fans behind the home dugout at Fenway asking "who's the best team in baseball?" in order to get a good objective view.

Ironically, your response could hardly have provided a better living example of the sort of slant that gets into subjective "surveys".
