I mean... He has sold 20% of his awarded shares for a cool 3.5 mil... No small lump of cash or percentage of shares. But again, I personally wouldn't read too much into it one way or the other. We have no way of knowing why he would do it one way or the other. I would put it into the 'to be expected' column after first hearing about it. I have speculated in the past that there was some dumping by A/G, doesn't effect my opinion on the company one way or the other except that it's more share dumping that needs to be eaten by the broader market before OCAT can realize higher pps.
