Sorry It took so long to get back to you but I have been having some login issues. That stock was an otc one, EVCC.The company was called Enivromental controls and it's product was a device which was to be installed in the exhaust system (before the muffler) on any 2 and 4 stroke engines ( lawn mowers, weedwackers, atv's, etc. ). This device was supposed to remove 95+ % of pollutants to the atmosphere. News of prototype came out and also testing location and schedule. The stock start to move up. Back in Sept. of 2007 the price at that time was about $.60 to $.70 a share not $.07 a share ( screwed up my #'s ). By the last days of Nov. 2007 the price had rocketed to around $7.75 a share then news came out that results from the tests showed that they were unable to achieve anywhere near their desired numbers and the price started to decline and funding dried up, project was scrapped and company folded. I'm not making any comparisons between GTRQ and EVCC, just telling my story.
