Boobie, you are completely right except that Chris S... and I am pretty sure had the filings up to date when he stepped down. I think James has been purposely not filing because he is hiding things that are not good at all for the shareholders. I have said this for a long time now...there are "hidden filings" that we are not privy to and if James is a shareholder he probably was given RESTICTED SHARES and is only a few months away from dumping them....we will start getting news around that time.
