Not sure what you mean by nice try. Your post shows that as of Dec 2013 Suntech hasnt decided to enforce a court judgement!! WOW thanks for setting me straight that WEST is a horrible credit risk! All that tells me is that Suntech has them by the balls.

How are they going to move forward and pay new vendors to make new hardware for the new contracts when they cant even pay the 2.7 MILLION dollars they owe from now defunct operations???

Oh thats right...Sell more stock!!! They cant pay their vendors, they cant pay their employees, issue more worthless paper that no one wants, and thats obviously the case because 3 of the 4 vendors that are owed the 2.7 million dont want paper. THEY WANT MONEY, like they were promised.

Did WEST issue an MOU to Suntech saying, Hey we have an understanding that you build our garbage panels that no one wants, and well shove it in your ass when the bill comes???
