Dr_Frudaky - The problem here is large Pharma know the game as good if not better than Dnaprint. So it become a Money game based on time tables. Much like the game show on tv "deal or no deal"

Big Pharma know just how long the FDA approval process is. They know just what is required. They know drug or device you cant go into the next phase of clinical trials unless the the phase your in now shows the right info. and merits moving on to the next phase. Info. is POWER and they use it to make deals.

For example you just spent the last 3 years runing trials for study only and came up with great results. Now your ready for your first clinical trial. Big pharma heard about it and felt it worth looking into. After a number of talks they feel you got something here and could be worth Billions several years down the road.

They know its years away - they know you need money - so they make a deal good for them not so good for you.But they know your going into phase 1 clinical trials and need the money. You turn it down to get the money somewhere else.

A year goes buy you completed a phase 1 trial with great results that will allow you to start phase 2 trials under FDA guidance.Big Pharma not sweating yet but they come back with a little better deal not much better than the first one so you turn it down.now you sell shares for money go to a venture capitalist or private. And you start phase 2 clinical trials.

Now if you tryed to cut conners anywhere Big Pharma will know !!!! And the deals offered will be small. If your going to take 2 years or more on a phase 1 trial Big Pharma will know and you can kiss any great deal good buy.

Now in phase 2 you complete and are ready for phase 3 Big Pharma is now starting to sweat a little for many reasons. You have already showed that on ave your going through 1 trial a year so odds are in 12 months phase 3 will be complete and so far its looking good. Now the BIG DEALS will be offered. And like the game show you can hold out for one more big deal as you get closer to completing phase 3.From here the Deals get Bigger and Bigger.

We are not even in phase 2 yet. We have taken a little over 3 years {out of 7} to run 80 patients in clinical trials Dnaprint has not met with the FDA yet and to date there is nothing to tell us they have. BIG Pharma Knows this they are watching and as long as Dnap craps around the Big DEALS will not come.

Big pharma try to steal as much as they can from small start-ups up untill the pressure is on them to come up with a better deal.

Its a cat and mouse game up to a point, perceived by Big Pharma. If they feel Dnag is getting a little to close to market time on a product They will stop carping around with small deals and put on the table something Big. But at this point other Big Pharma know the deal as well so they come in as well with Big offers. But untill that market time its all about "how can i steal you blind" and take you for all that i can get.

We get small offers they get a Big share of ovanome. What you dont consider is they are watching this progress closer than anyone here on the message board and if they feel Market time is a long way off then all we get is crap deals and Tony will turn them down. Over 3+ years spent with moffitt on the ovanome trials tells Big Pharma how to play the game. Phase 1 trials should have taken only 12 months and Big Pharma knows this. Therefore we can only expect Small deals to come our way and we will not even hear of them because Richard will turn them down.

We will not be taken seriously untill we are in Phase 3 clinical trials.Big Pharma is watching us and they are not concern because we are not making any progress. We should have been in Phase 2 trials years ago. Big Pharma know this. They simply will not take us seriously or make big deals untill the pressure is on. And there aint going to be any pressure if we cant get to Phase 2 trials. And by the way 80 patients is not a phase 2 Number and right now thats all we have.Big Pharma knows this.We are going into 2007 still running the 80 patient trial that we started with moffitt almost 4 years ago !!!!!

My take is, put 100% into this ovanome project Bang it out as fast as you can dont even stop for a red light go like lightning and use every resource the company has to get this through all clinical trials because this one product with FDA approval could not only pay the bills but take in revenue that would pay for all the other products yet to come and send the pps flying into space.
My take is we should have completed all phase 3 trials by now at brakeneck speed with the Moffitt agreement starting November 17, 2003. On the Fast track because of the stats.

Think about it:

Nov 2003 to Nov 2004 = Phase 1
Nov 2004 to nov 2005 = phase 2
Nov 2005 to Nov 2006 = Phase 3
Nov 2006 to Nov 2007 = Maybe FDA approval end of 2007

But not the way their going. Were not even in phase 2 yet
