QUESTION: Eden's Garden, LLC will be the ones growing per the P/R. So if the deal materializes, does Eden's get kicked off of the property after three years? What type of buyout would it be? I would not want to lose a $33 million dollar per year business! Would the landlord technically be INCC thus they would have to buy out the lease or is it FutureWorld?
