SINO has a market cap of nearly $10.4M and they will aquire a small vessel (oil/chemical tanker) for approx. §10.5M ... that's funny.

SINO has a P/E of 5 at the current pps of $1.67.

SINO O/S is only 6.2M - float only 3.07M!!!

10Q will be released next week. Will it be the sixth consecutive quarter of net profit for Sino-Global? IMO YES!
