Is this (natural gas) being manipulated? Or, are we really sitting on that big of a surplus of Natty Gas?

I keep seeing it getting colder and colder around the country. Assuming natty gas is being used more and more around the country to battle the cold...

Yet, we are going lower and lower on the 3x leveraged UGAZ?

Any, answer/speculation would be great!
