I'd reserve judgment on that, because there is no history, nor proof, of fraud with either Eddie, nor the company.
None of the company executives have ever sold any of their personal stock.
The executives in this company, and the LLC have invested millions of dollars of their own money.
The company went public in 2007, and has never had a reverse split.
The total A/S is currently 200 million.
I guess because the stock ran over .80 a few years ago, and expectations were that Sysco Iowa would be more proactive in distribution of the products, that would constitute fraud for some broken down horse players.
However the truth to that was clearly stated at the time, as have all operations, and that is just how it goes. Yes OTC stocks have very inherent risks, and greater volatility, unique to development companies. Some big board stocks share some of the same characteristics.
So if you choose to risk capital, and invest in one of these companies, it's better to buy when your ROI can be the greatest.
I'm not going to chase this stock next time it hits .30 or .40, or even .10.
I buy at the bottom nowadays; it makes both investing, and trading a lot more pleasant.
Here's to a successful 2015! Good luck! Smoky Market Foods!
