FACTS: Clowns precluded from selling shares effectively ends their income stream since they lived only off private investments for many years. No investor in the universe will give them another nickel to manage. Clowns are now forced to sell control of the AAPT shell to a new investor group that will try to recapitalize and restructure the shell. The big contingency is the lawsuit with Mr. Grushkin that AAPT started and then abandoned. Mr. Grushkin will not accept a mutual release and may win an 8 figure judgment against the surviving AAPT. That would suck for the new investor group. Either way, substantial further dilution is coming and current investors will still loose it all.
