There is good debt and bad debt in business. In addition with as many stock options that are issued in abbatis to there own I can't imagine that they would covert any of this line of equity unless there is a way to compensate it with a new revenue stream that would in turn create a higher pps. Furthermore, a company would not stick there neck out for 25 million for a pump and dump people. This is no penny stock folks this is a future in the making.
