Has anyone actually seen a buyback occur in the pinks? And is VNDM (or other MM) able to control things and keep the price low as they have here?

I know many have mentioned a buyback would push the pps up, but isn't it possible that VNDM acquired all these shares over the last few months and is selling these to the company and loading the ask at the same time to keep it down?

I know a lot of people are sour on WNTR (and I'm getting there myself) so please answer this from a MM/trading perspective only - could this be the case?
