Shorts fought hard today. I watched the L2 data and this trade caught my eye. Must have been a short covering. Right after these sales kicked in the price dropped below a penny and never came back up again.

That was around the time some posted that cdel dumped. For folks that don't know cdel is a brokerage firm. One of their customer(s) is really trying to keep this stock below a penny.
