Well this is the way I understand it.

1. The AMPS deal is being worked out by lawyers so he would not have to have a LOi for it.

2. The RMG deal already has a signed contract with $100k payment due by Feb 16th.

The only deal that I have not heard any type of contract about was the 1 million investment from Murphy. I was just assuming that the LOi was for 1 mill. With a understanding that it should be invested by months end.

At least that is the way I am understanding it.
