what it means and what the usual outcome is, is always the same. a major loss of funds. nevermind the image of delisting, the trust barrier is broken with any reverse split, less number of shares, same money? never works out that way frankly. CIRC will drop off the radar for a long time when the rs happens. and i am almost gone. there are other stocks to make quick cash from. this one is burnt toast, finito, caveat empted, lol!
