I guess if you are not getting paid...flight crews will move on to someone that will pay them...especially if you have a -200 or -400 type rating. Kalitta probably hired the people that left Baltia or offered them a better deal... and I see Kalitta has been advertising for flight crews on climbto350.com...wouldn't that be a slap in the face...and its not cheap to train flight crews...its takes time and money...end of February is wishful thinking!...GLTA
