Still a few more questions to clear up since you seem to be more in the know that the rest of us.

I'm trying hard to find evidence of these guys being indicted and Google's not helping out much! LOL

It seems like there's a lot of finger-pointing at BLUU and making them guilty by association. That may or may not be the case, so please clarify if this is truly a scam-filled POS stock to aid the rest of us in our own DD.

An indictment without conviction is merely an accusation... So, were the Affa bros. & Co. merely indicted or were they convicted? What's the date of the indictment and/or conviction?

Was the indictment specifically related with BLUU and the Affa bros. collaborating to provide false information to intentionally mislead investors for their own personal gain?

Seeing as how the forward-looking statements that were made are materializing, and their PR's seem to state mostly factual info... I don't see anything in those PR's that could constitute as "false" or intentionally directed to mislead potential investors.
