Doesn't sound like they are ready to go yet -even if North Carolina were legal -they're still setting up -that won't stop this from running -and when North Carolina does finally pass -as its neighbor Virginia did... will maybe get some legs under it -maybe some new directorship and funding -

if you're in for a play -good probability it will pop either way along with the MJ Sector -just no telling what kind of run up it will be -if you're in for long -it will eventually either sell for a good share holder return or ... oh *yawn.. . I have a bullseye on Friday -anyone else?
