if in fact the BOD of XXII were leaning toward HS being elevated into the CEO's slot it would have happened by now and been a done deal. I think it will be someone outside of tobacco but a proven executive whose mettle has been proven in the big leagues.

The flip side is that they are having a chore in someone accepting the position. Could be due in part to the misinformation and failed timelines that were projected and not met on more than several occasions. It will take a big effort on the part of the new CEO whomever it will be in repairing shareholder confidences. That will be tricky business that requires TLC.
