To answer your question, David ... it's simple. I consider Oily an 'insider' with pertinent information - some of which I do find 'helpful', even if he does deliver it in an unorthodox fashion. By the way, how do you know "oily is almost always incorrect."?

I respect your opinion that what he says is garbage. You're certainly entitled to feel that way. I suggest you simply ignore what you read on here because no one has the hard facts or the 'advice' that you and several other posters seek. Those you will only get from Chevron or the JDA ... because who else can you believe?
