if GS610 is so good...

...why is no one willing to offer conventional financing?

"...Although the Company has obtained short-term loans, in the absence of long-term financial support, there can be no assurance that additional financing can be obtained from conventional sources..."

...and if no financing is available, and they are running with over a $300K per qtr burn rate...one could rightfully project...MO' SHARES!

...such as:

* 33,726,900 for consulting services, including 25,693,738 shares to a director
* 40,600,000 for the issuance of stock options to employees
* 3,750,000 issued in connection with equity offerings

...and until the MW lawsuit is cleared, AND then only if it is ruled in their favor...looks like GS610 wont be contributing to revenues...if there is even a warrantable market for it

CONCLUSION: SSDD...it appears this is headed into continuing dilution with no significant revenues for the foreseeable future

although the current market cap is "only" about $1.5M, without something "exciting" to report, looks to go lower, and probably on light volume

a few here will assuredly report these numbers were "expected"...well if they were expected...why would anyone continue to hold...much less promote this "gem"
