That is correct hammy mario only stated what he was allowed to say. Thiere can be no finance,contracts,deals,progress or anything untill sec says so. I would have to go back and dig for that one.the company is following rules. every one look up uplisting rules you will find the company has to have a market maker. Then go to the S1 bottom paragraph page 13 you will see its stated they will get a listed market maker for protection of securities.
this company is doing good on its progress I read in my DD that some companies have taken up to 2 yrs for this process.
