Has CEO Steve Samblis found the time to submit the Press Releases below to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ?

Or might IMO be too busy monitoring this board instead? :(
If you are perhaps you could pick up the phone and call the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as well....about your failure to submit 8K filings for the newest PR's. Thanks in advance.

IMO it's almost like the CEO of ICPA/PNCH and now IMTV is simply throwing darts at a board to see what sticks. I mean with all of these IMO silly Press Releases without one SEC 8K Material event filings.

I wonder why Steve Samblis won't submit the information in the Press Releases below to the SEC? Does Steve Samblis have something to hide from U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission?
