Sometimes

do you recall someone last week, or the week before posting that Russia has a tax of 90% on any $ over $25 per barrel.
I thought it was on this board, but not positive. My eyes are about bugging out with all the stuff going on and trying to sort things out 20 times per day. Just trying to get a good handle on valuation if that is possible.

If it rings a bell let me know, it was in relation to valuation of the company I believe.
