Findit to Submit Name Change and Symbol Change to Finra
ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Feb 3, 2015) - Findit, Inc., formerly known as Artemis Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: ARTT), has completed the purchase of Findit.com. The company will now file with Finra, its name change from Artemis Energy Holdings, Inc. to Findit, Inc. and further request a stock symbol change to reflect the new name.
The name change has already been filed with the Secretary of State of Nevada and is effective. The domain is being transferred from escrow.com to Findit at Godaddy.com. Findit immediately extended the expiration date of the domain by 8 years. While the domain was in escrow, Findit, Inc. filed two trademarks and has begun rebranding the site with new features. The deal required monthly payments to be made from April 2014 through January 2015. The closing occurred in January 2015 as scheduled.
