I concur with the source of revenue for latest acquisition. AURC mines are not in development, they are active though low producing. That allows for short term borrowing or same as cash acquisition. Read the PRs. Clearly stated that there is revenue and that the next audit/filing will show several million in revenue.

Why this is trading sideways? TA traders are in control? Loss of confidence of weak investors? Buyers waiting for signals while accumulation increases and distribution drops on dips? Waiting for next quantum shifting value paradigm in the next PR? All of the above? None of the above? Who knows?

All I know is, once it starts it starts up again, it won't stop for awhile.
