FNG, this Liablity Insurance issue...

came out in talks with 2 Attorneys... They sounded pretty certain that it existed, otherwise, there was little point to the Suit... Looks like the accountants will be a target, as well...

My guess is that they may muster less than 10% of the shares held, while a Class Action Suit against the MM's and Shorters might gather 60%, or more... In which one do you plan to be included?...

I hear that the MM's are also in trouble now with NASDAQ/SEC and that's why they were buying on Friday, but NO, I don't have a link to it, either...
