"For this stock even the pinks is a win. With SRSRs history they should be on the grays. But a serious listing (IPO) of a company with the assets Nio Star is supposed to have should not be under $5 and should not be on any exchange except an american exchange.
If they want to be taken seriously they need to be serious about the company.
NO Second best allowed. This should IPO at well over $5 and at least 2-5 institutions wanting to buy millions of shares.
