Hey Quokkie, I told you I'd keep you up on what I find. This is what I got, copied and pasted from Gators post on the Vega board-

MM just told me that the Solenbridge deal is still on and the biochar was held up while legal and dividend issues were cleared up. I sure as hell hope so........also asked him "What about the "blockbuster news"! When I get an answer I will post!

Just did get an answer about the blockbuster news: "It's coming. Our part is done." Hope that means they are waiting for Vencor or ATP-SC or whomever to get their part done. At least got some kind of answer, right?!!!
