Using the word "intend" in a sentence is not the same as a "LETTER OF INTENTION". Candadian Solar?? Well duh they bought the company of course there is no MOU not really a good example. Usually when you "buy" something I agree involves money so congrats on that find. So if this is just a penny stock and wants to come out of the shadows as you believe they will remain then why have a problem stating the tier one Hyundai's worth to also gain attraction. People under stand money more than terms like tier one, dont you think? Andalay is not a legitimate company? That an opinion not a fact... If you dont understand a pre-order I have nothing to say to that except google that too. Your points are not well thought out but a stretch like I said earlier. Also I dont think we see much come from this particual deal till Q2 as the panels are to be ready towards end of Q1. Unless I read that wrong. Generally the modules would not go as far as being in the process of the UL cert. if this was nothing to be carried out. So yeah they INTEND to sell Andalays module. You can cherry pick all you want. But facts are facts. The continual progression Andalay will make and is making will silence the critics who claim its a failed company.
