Who knows. Just looks like stuck shares to me…

however Global Aviation Operations, a distinct partner of the FLST still looks like they r in business:

seems like FLST threw in the towel a while ago… if i can get 500$ for my 5 mil, ill be real surprised… don't know where I'm at in the line…but, around 70 mil waits to be sold every day. and the company has no respect for their fiduciary responsibilities to their shareholders.

Global is only mentioned in PRs…they have no equity partnership, but since they were in plenty of PRs related to FLST…i thought this could be worthwhile for entertainment value:

Trans Air Congo - TAC (Q8, Pointe Noire) will resume international services using its own fleet of aircraft after its Air Operators Certificate (AOC) was fully reinstated by the Republic of Congo's civil aviation authority (Agence Nationale de l'Aviation Civile du Congo - ANAC).

A carrier spokesperson told ch-aviation that Trans Air Congo's wet-leased fleet of McDonnell Douglas aircraft - down to a DC-9-30 sourced from South Africa's Global Aviation Operations (QG, Johannesburg O.R. Tambo) - is set to leave later this month, paving the way for its three B737-200Advs and two B737-300s to resume international operations as well.
