I'm not sure how that works to be honest with you. I have not spent the time reading up on it.

I don't think the T/A is gagged. I believe that that T/A wont give out the info even if Mike wants them too. That's just how they operate. Mike talked about changing T/A for that same reason months back. It costs money to do stuff like that. I don't think Mike wants to spend the money to do that right now till the money starts rolling in. I believe the company is still low on funds and don't have the money to spend on that right now.
