I think we find a location and lease the building and then sublease it back to them to keep the control + We prob charge them for equipment rental, 24hr security cameras, handling of the bills, problems, ect.. My thinking is that our cut will all comes off the top every harvest Then the investor gets his cut and grower gets his. Everyone is happy. Even us share holders!

Mike is a banker by trade and knows how to set up these kinds of deals with investors!
