They seem to lose money on large fixed price custom fabrication projects...not carousels (if they're sold) and not sfl's. They could not do larger scale sfl's at Channelvew and expanded capacity with the thought that they could get audited by customers and get some larger bids out and hopefully secure some large orders....they're still waiting.
Cleveland property was bought months before they found highway 90...that was their first expansion plan before it became extraneous.
