If that is what "they" used to (reasonably) approve the referenced info, funding, PR……(????)…….

I dunno!
Only TSU knows, but that's what we have to go by at this point………unless someone nearby can get an update (?)………………. Bueler (?).

Living in an "University" town……..I know and see things frequently change,
BUT……..from what I have witnessed…….."they/TSU" (a BIG money state university), for the most part, would have to have an approved "forward plan" that they must work from (and it doesn't usually sway a whole lot, if times are good and the State Govt smiles down from upon and sees potential $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$)……….
